1. Cancellation Deadline
- Free Cancellation/Rescheduling: Up to 48 hours before your appointment
- Late Cancellation Fee: Less than 48 hours notice = 50% of service price
- No-Show Fee: No notice + no appearance = 100% of service price

Text messages or social media DMs are not valid cancellation methods.
3. Late Arrival Policy
- Grace Period: 15 minutes
- After 15 minutes: Appointment may be shortened or rescheduled (full fee still applies)
- After 30 minutes: Appointment is considered cancelled (no-show fee applies)
4. Deposit Policy
(For Retightenings, Installations & Large Services)
- Deposit Required:
- €40 for Retightenings
- €150 for Installations and services over 4 hours
- Deposit is non-refundable
- Deposit is applied to your total service cost on the day of appointment
5. Exceptions & Emergencies
We understand that emergencies happen. Fees may be waived in cases of:
- Documented medical emergencies
- Death in the family
- Extreme weather or transportation strikes
Please notify us as soon as possible with documentation if applicable.
6. Repeated Cancellations
Clients who cancel or reschedule 3 or more times within 6 months may be required to:
- Pay in full for future bookings
- Be placed on a waitlist-only basis
